    I've been doing the 5x5 for about a month, here's the rundown of the workout: Flat bench 5x5 incline DB press 2x8-10 incline flye 2x8-10 dips 2x8-10 It doesn't feel like I'm getting the most out of it, no soreness at all, and I can't notice any changes in chest development...

    I looked at the ingredients: white bread: enriched wheat flour whole wheat: stone ground whole wheat flour Would this make the whole wheat the lower GI, or would they be about the same? Thanks

    Power, Thanks for the ideas, I'm pretty excited about trying bulk diet. One question. on the days that I do not train with weights I do cardio, would cardio be considered a non training day? I need to make sure I'm getting the correct calories each day.:D
