I think is the dumbell shoulder press just before the preacher curl who didn't help. I am doing preacher curl since long time and I progress slowly with adding weight.
In dumbell shoulder press I usually stop going down when my elbow are in the same height of my shoulder that's ok?

5 weeks ago I was doing shoulder dumbell press (75lbs each hands). Just after that I went to the preacher curl I started to feel my elbow hurting. The next day, I was not able to add any force on my left arm cause of my elbow. I took 3 weeks off the gym. And since 2 weeks I go 3 times/week...
