    The weirdest thing happened yesterday. I worked out for only about 45 minutes, a little later i tried one of the stix just for the heck of it and it came out purple. So i guess the little execise i did helped me get in to ketosis. Thanks for all you comments the really helped.

    So exercising also puts u in ketosis to? I just thought not eating alot of carbs would put you in to ketosis. Bab thanks for the food ideas those are all items i would eat. I have lost about 3 to 4 pounds already,and before bed i probally eat more fat then protein. Thanks for all your input...
