Hi I'm going on a cruise on Feb. 19 and I need to lose some weight. So do you think its possible to lose 20 possible 30lbs in 5 weeks. If so could you please give me some feedback on how to do this. Thanks in advance for all your help
The occasion is a cruise and it's my first one. I've been trying to follow the atkins diet, but I keep failing. I don't know what to do. I seen Daisy Girls post about the food she ate when she lost her weight, I just don't know if that would work for me. But I'm definetly going to try...
I need to lose 30lb by the end of January. Is this possible or am I setting myself up to fail. If this is possible what do I need to do to start the process?
Thanks i advance for any feedback
I was watching an informercial last night and and Slim in 6 is a bunch of work out tapes a guide to eating. Your suppose to lose alot of weight in six weeks. I was just curious if anyone has heard about it or tried it. It also located on www.beachbody.com
I used to take Xenedrine, the kind with efedra and it helped me lose 30lbs. I'm looking for a new thermogenic that will give me energy and suppress my appetite. Does anyone know of anything similar to Xenedrine?
thanks in advance for all your responses.
The weirdest thing happened yesterday. I worked out for only about 45 minutes, a little later i tried one of the stix just for the heck of it and it came out purple. So i guess the little execise i did helped me get in to ketosis.
Thanks for all you comments the really helped.
I'm just curious, what is hiit cardio. I see some people do it and other say stay away from it. Also I'm trying to lose weight and get a little bit of muscle. I'm 5'5 and weigh about 155. So how many days should I be working out and how much cardio and weight lift should i be doing.
Thanks
So exercising also puts u in ketosis to? I just thought not eating alot of carbs would put you in to ketosis. Bab thanks for the food ideas those are all items i would eat. I have lost about 3 to 4 pounds already, and before bed i probally eat more fat then protein.
Thanks for all your input...
