Hey it's been a LONG time!!! It's good to be back - I actually lost my password & then right now out of the blue I thought I'd try to log in & suddenly remembered it! LOL Anywho, wow so many changes to EF - I'm going to have to get used to it but it's great!

I purchased some recently but haven't taken it yet; question for anyone who's used it, is it a waste to use if currently I have 30 lbs to lose? Should I wait to use it until I lose some weight & get into a routine again? Thanx in advance for your replies! :qt:
