    I have the same problem, even when I'm hardcore strict on my diet. I've heard that Yohimburn and other similar products seem to help a lot in that area. Try bulking some more and add another 10 lbs of lean muscle, then diet again...you'll have higher metabolism and better luck.

    HAHA, thats hilarious. So typical too. I go to Bally's so I get to see all the yuppies and weekend warriors, they annoy me to no end. (tho there are lots of hot girls there too) I never go into the locker room, I avoid it at all costs, I don't have much to carry around anyways.

    Why go slow on warmups? Should just be to get the blood pumping to that area mostly. 8-6-4-2 then I'd say 70-80-90-95% But that depends on your rest time I guess cuz if you can do 2 with 95% after all that then what you think is 95% may not be 95%.
