    kinda makes me glad i dropped from 230 at 5'6 to 155.. looked scary skinny.. ate more of better food and worked out now im at 180 at 12% bodyfat... i look around and see what you guys are seeing..... god this country is going to hell in a hand bag

    i feel your pain. i was 230 at 5'5 and got down to 155 in 8-9 months, and a year later i weigh 170, but i look at lot healthier then i did at 155 but i have the loose skin right below my belly button, i talked to my doctor about it and he said it may never become tight again because of being big...

    i like hitting a stationary bike a few times a week, mainly for about 10 minutes before my workout to get the blood pumping, ive noticed a big difference in lifting performance.
