    Nice routine! I would opt for this routine: Monday: Squat 10x3-5 Chins 10x3-5 DB Military Press 10x3-5 Wed: Deadlifts 10x3-5 Bench Press 10x3-5 Curl 5x5 Friday: Repeat Monday Nex Monday, continue the rotation so it would start with the Deadlift workout.
