after 9 months, go another 9 months and then consider some AAS..
for now, keep lifting, doing cardioa nd eating right. you'll get to where you want to be.
also, what kidn of doses are you using with the trex/sesa?
Nope, might want to take a few days off every few months.. but there's nothing wrong with long-term use. just rotate the sites and you'll be good to go!
