I've been downing a half dozen eggs a day. Should I be concerned about the cholesterol. It's a cheap source of protein and I would hate to give them up.
I buy whey bulk in a 25# bag. Then Throw a scoop of whey, 2 eggs, milk, and scoop of peanut butter in a shaker. It don't taste to bad and the price is right.
Who's got the best kits? I'm waitin on some gear and thought I might brew up some homegrown while I wait. Emial me If you rather not discuse this here.
