The're different because the serving size is different. it all adds up to the same thing. DPS nutrition does the same thing, they use a larger serving size.
Also I forgot to add, this is way too much time between meals just after you worked out. Post workout shake is good but you have to eat no later than 1 hour after this shake.
I think many guys are taking too high a dosage of the beast. They just don't know how powerful the stuff is. Personallt I would take no more than 2 per day and strongly recommend taking dermacrine alongside it. Just my .02
I've read somewhere that your chest, shoulders and arms (bis & tris) make up only about 15 % of your total body mass. So your "upper half" is actually much less than half.

Its sad how this industry has been taken over by people who are not satisfied unless they are 275 lbs at 5'9". These guys don't look like bodybuilders, they look like gorilla freaks.
What the article was saying is it will be harder to squat the 400 lbs because he is actually moving more weight than before but he's not taking that extra weight into consideration as no one does when they squat, they only count the weight on the bar.
