    actually if it is a tendon sprain eg. rotator cuff then u need to ice it for quite a while.

    Shoulders and doorframes

    ive been finding it harder turning corners lately as well. I feel like an unco when i walk through classroom doors and my shoulder whacks agains the door or doorframe. At least when i hit the door, the door gets fucked.

    Crunching sound from shoulder...

    my physio told me that a clicking shoulder is a sign of weak rotator cuffs. They cant make the smooth movement so they are forced to click the shoulder around. Maybe start to consider adding rotator cuff exercises into your workout to prevent an almost inevitable problem with bb.

    if u get your get a kidney removed, your body will find it difficult to maintain a proper chemical balance for a while, so a bb diet and workout program may be tough on your body straight after.

    i often used to give people advice at my school gym but they never listened. Now i just keep my mouth shut because i know that i will leave them behind in my wake as i pack on the pounds. My new motto is 'let them do everything wrong in the gym and dont say a word so they can never be better...

    Went sprintin today and scared the hell out of some people

    i can imagine u running down the street and people pulling their kids inside, locking the doors and closing the curtains. Sort of like in those wild west movies where some evil dude rides into town and the streets suddenly go bear and the tumbleweed rolls by lol.

    Bicep shock routine. Will this work?

    doing bis 3 times a week....... considering u need your bis to be working at peak form when doing your back as well, i cant see there being enough time for the muscle to recover.
