    You can get 1000 calories from a shake but dont do it from the powder alone. 2 scoops muscle milk, 16oz skim milk, half a bananna, 1tbls natural pb, half cup oatmeal, quarter cup blueberries. It tastes like something from the ice cream store.

    not to much but for instance, if you were running two types of test then i would do the test prop first with the test enanthate so it would jumpstart quicker for you. Why so much interest in switching? Just trying to learn?

    Its not that it would be BAD, its just not enough of either to make a difference. Being on test for a month then deca for a month isnt like doing an eight week cycle. I would hold off until you could get more of both bro.

    thanks, tanning def helps. Havent had any acne in years. was just surprised to see it this early in cycle thats all. Also ive been going to the wave pool and the chlorine seems to help ALOT to.
