    Thks for the hair compliments! Lol...well I "just started" goin heavy in the last 4 months or so, and because of a tumor on my knee I just started doin legs as well, bench 235x7, squat 255x8, an dead 295x6, yup I'm pretty weak lol

    so ive been doin legs for about 2 months and i started wit a max of 155 squat and a max 185 dead...now today in my workout i did 225x17, 245x6 and 255x8, my deads are still light, did 285x4, 265x6, 265x6 is this good for a "gear" free 175lb guy use hgh only? keep in mind i just started 2 months ago

    For the last 10 yrs or so I've averaged a blood pressure of 120/60 and a pule of around 73...I've been on growth for about 3 months and peptides for a year, I just checked my BP and its 97/63 and my pulse is 90 wtf?
