This is like Cutie's suggestion but as winter rolls around.. I've been upping that calories/carbs and always looking for clean & tasty ways to do so:

Its funny how people can easily flip through the various logs & solid diets that are already on this forum and for some reason need people to spoon-feed them suggested diets.
If you can't even take the time to post your diet your not going to get any help.. cause its just about eating lean...
I did it back in high school to bulk up 25 lbs or so.. you will put on weight for sure but I would avoid milk altogether.. Maybe someone else can offer their .02, but once I cut milk out of my diet and started eating my calories - I started to make real progress. I put down 0% greek yogurt all...
Just make sure you really think about your options dude..Being a similar age to you, I have thought about running hella (and who knows what I'll end up doing) but clearly more of the more knowledgable members here would say 21 is far too young to be going the PH route.. Every now and then...
