    Thanks! I just started HIIT. I was jogging 3 miles at a time about 2-3 times a week. I like it better. I warm up for a half mile, then do 5-6 sets of a 30 second sprint followed 60-second jog. Can't tell if it's working yet, but it's far less boring. I get about 2 miles in all together...
