    Its not depending on how you grow it might be!! But i am living proof that high reps work works ok so on sept. 9th i was in the weight room at skool and we had to max out to find what we repd! well i maxed out at 205 and was reping 155 six times. now it is oct. 9th and i maxed today...

    the carb count is around 70!!! Serloin is not a fatty cut!! And yes i am bulking but thi is a snack i could probably loose weight on this seeing is how i have been loosing weight!! But i guess its tme to take up the cals!! 7000 GOSH thats a lot of clean cals!! owell back 2 eating!!
