I way 160 lbs and am plan on taking 1.25 g of protein for each lb..does that mean that I have to get 200g of protein in me not including shakes?! Is it possible to include the shakes in the 200...

    Stupid question about jacking off and working out..

    I'm pretty sure this is bullshit..but I'm just curious.. A friend of mine was telling me that when you jack off..the senim is almost entirely made up of protein..so if you jack off a lot..you could actually be effecting your work out as well since the protein you intake is being wasted...
