all i can say is start hitting the weights abit more than the cardio, its considered bulking season so try and eat tons of calories/carbs/proteins and since your lean like myself you wont gain too much fat... perhaps get a spotter you can workout with daily to speed up gains and what not
i love my hair, even though its often shaved i love being able to grow a nice full head of hair... its so easy to train naturally theres no need to cheat unless you have no patience for natural growth
i sit around 8-10% simply because i cant stand lookin at myself in tyhe mirror and not seeing perfect abs.. im way too self-conscious to be over 10%... id probably starve myself until i was skin and bone...
i also find it helpful when doing power cleans to lift your calves off the ground and sqweeze them, that way your working more muscles and i found it helpful on getting the weight up when going heavy
