I'm interested too. Just got some, it is oil based (really viscous though, probabaly EO). Wondering about swelling/pain at the injection site, etc. Good for pre-workout strength like halo? Any feedback is appreciated.

I have some on the way. Looking forward to trying it. Logic would say that it would work best applied before cardio, but I sweat like crazy by the end of a session so would it be best not to apply at this time?
