    im doing anpb, but substituting fish oil in 2-3 meals a day, and eating a chicken breast instead of the whey, im in ketosis, and am still following the diet ratios and calories.

    you guys who do high protein, moderate carbs and low fat diets, do you count calories? I would think that by doing this i would lose count and end up eating too much, or would the cardio help take care of it?

    depends on the person really. my biceps explode from doing chins, dumbell rows and deads, but my triceps didnt grow until i directly worked them

    yeah it is, i just make sure im eating the same amount of fat and protein at the meal, i constantly measure everything out so that there is minimal difference.
