    Could be as it is an Ai and it will cut some of your estrogen. I notice it really helped keep my nipples from puffing up on cycle and in pct.

    I train in Japan so I don't use chalk... But I use a double over hand grip. (I use it in progression to my cleans). I used to do a over under grip but the under hand grip hand would always get in the way of the knee.
