I want to drip 25 pds to get to 260. I have a meet coming up at the end of August. ( Benchpress). Not to lose strength. What's the best way? I do cardio 4 days a week. I have both my hips replaced so it makes me very sore to run like that. Any suggestions? Thanks

I'm just getting into the bench press portion of powerlifting. I use the Russian routine. It's a 10 week program and I average 30 odd of added weight to my press. Google it works.
