OK I've never had a real workout program before so i was wondering if some1 could help me create 1. I've been weight lifting on and off for about 6 months and made some ok noob gains but i want to do it seriously now. any help would be appreciated thanks :D
Hey everyone. I've been lifting on and off for about 5months on and off now. Made a few good newbie gains but nothing special. I've decided that I want to start lifting seriously now but not sure how to bulk properly. I need help with a workout and a bulking diet.

You definitely have a point about doing the back workout b4 the leg bicep day, not just because the biceps are still worn but as i found today my legs were still pretty wobbly from wednesday thanks to the loco leg workout i had...

Yep thats always a bitch, happened to me when the gym was about empty, girl there had to run off to get help, felt like such a muppet.
Use dumbells now, makes life simpler......
