There was a study done recently which concluded that creatine increased memory power by a small factor. However, they stated the negatives of using creatine were foul body odors. Anyone had these problems? If so please elaborate.
How many use the aspartame free powders? I was wondering because I was doing research on aspartame and it seems that it's linked to brain tumors and other fun stuff like that. I told myself I would avoid it given the choice.
