I'm looking to get a decent bench with a rack that fold up sp it saves space. I have a second bedroom/home office in a condo and want to add some type of lifting setup that I can store or fold up whne not in use. Something for chest, arms, shoulders maybe leg attachment - something to supplement...
Can someone point me to one good source of information on all aspects of hgh. I would like to read up on this stuff but I would rather find one place to get all the info rather then piece it together from several posts. Is there one good article or book?
