    i would do exactly what u said, shoot a test 400 before u leave and the tren, and just continue when you get back, tren's half life is very short but you should be alright, it will still be active in your system

    doing abs whenever you first wakeup in the morning would be the best. The abdominals are used all day. If u train them before bed you're just going to get you're heart racing and stay up later :)

    i didnt mean this to be a "oh take my word for it" of course i do heavy reps for the squat and deadlift as well. i am saying you should be able to get atleast 8reps for the most part on most exercises WITH GOOD FORM.

    hello, what type of look are you going for? alot of bodybuilders dont do bench press that often. Incline benchpresses work much better. flies are also very good, and incline/flat hammers.

    hopefully you're using a detox like ulter said, and drinking TONS of water, atleast a gallon. quit drinking soda/junk. also i wouldnt use orals for more than 4-5weeks at a time myself, based on how much u have used them before. they're very potent and hard on the liver. are you drinking...

    yeah since you've ran cycles befoe go with 400 like ryan stated, i myself like to start lower than the "norm" just to have that much more of a growth potential without the AS.

    this is true to some extent, but as Arnold has said, hard work and exercise anyone can get 21" arms with a very good peak, maybe nut an arnold peak, but a very good one. as far as a bicep goes go with more conc. curls, variations of the conc. curl. chest, flies, dbell flies.

    shoulders?

    yes, i agree with these guys. warmup with atleast 2-3 sets on a mil press or regular press to start it out. do some giants 2-3working sets, followed by a few sets of heavy shrugs, and a set or 2 of side cable laterals or whatever they're called.

    as this fellow stated, ronnie does 8-12 reps for the most part, if its a regular exercise he fails out his last set, going for 8, but may only get 6, never less. for the heavier movements, squats and deads, he will go down below the 6 rep range. remember if u cant do it 8 times you must start...

    how is your form on the lifts for bench press. I would definitely say if this is a strict good benchpress there would be no tricep failure so we can take that out of the question. how is your preworkout going? are u feeding your body before you go?

    shoulder width apart on the bar, if its olympic use finger next to the pinkey for the circles on the bench bar. come down to the nipple area you are right on this.
