If you were going to buy any NO product the one by BSN is the best. Its called NoXplode. It'll actuallygive you energy on those dreaded back and leg days. What you have there is crap, but you can waste your money if u'd like.

Muscle Tech is a joke. There's really not a big difference at all. Order online at DPS nutrition and you can get almost 100 servings for 25 bucks of shit that is alot better than both of those.

Take that shit back to the store and get yourself more protien. Something that will actually help you put muscle on. No2 is a joke, I've bought two bottles and got nothing but the placebo affect. You can make just as solid gains with proper dieting and lifting.

I just ordered some countdown for my post workout shake. Any have any expierences with this shake. I was going to order some after max by optimum but it doesn't have any sugar in it. Any reports will be great.
