I've been sick for the last few days but I'm at 218 now. 13lbs gone and from the str gains at the gym I don't think any of it is muscle.
edits: Thats with refeeds on sundays, 14 days with no normal food is rough hehe

Background: Nov 26 - 285 fat and out of shape
Feb 26 - 223 still have too much fat on me, but stronger and can bike 20 miles and jog about 3 miles at a time.
