Ive noticed this for a few years now- but what causes this? When I go into a double bicep pose, I can pop both elbows, my chest and half of my lower back. All at once.

i want to look good( as we all do) I am 6' 215 Muscular and thick- I look good naturally-meso- just want to be on top of it all- my diet aint that good- need to work on that one-
