makes sense to hit all fiber types - you'd wanna get in enough heavies first though; burning out too early in the set is likely to prevent you doing the heavy work, best save it till later perhaps

...yeah dumbbells hit the muscles harder anyway due to decreased mechanical advantage (associated with bars and the closed chain; and also greater triceps involvement)

Fantastic post. A major point I direct clients to focus on also is the pronation of the foot. Appropriate supination allows for better glute med activity

I would suggest read all you can from Google Scholar. No-one will ever know everything about Exercise Physiology. I've been at it 20 years and learn every day. It's all good though and part of the process.
