    I can do left leg in front, but not as low as I used to go when I was in H.S. I never could do center splits. Spatts - what are QLs?

    Aw... look at the quads, bis and delts on that baby! :D My niece (4 on Wednesday) is built the same way. Girl, you were FINE in high school. Look at that those bis and that tiny waist!

    I wouldn't say it was the 'greatest feeling' but one leg day, I went to a movie in the evening. After sitting for 2 hours in a cold cinema I got sore in my low back and legs; I had to shuffle out like a bent old woman. :lmao:

    BTW -- I found step-ups to be good for the glutes, quads and to some extent, hams.

    I used to do them regularly. Then I stopped b/c squats would wipe me out and I'd be too dizzy to risk it! :D But thanks for giving me an idea on what to do while I lay off squats for a while (Heresy, you say! But I'm having some knee problems).
