I am on a test e cycle at 250mg twice a week for 12 weeks pct: Day 1 Clomid 250mg + Nolvadex 60mg Following 10 days Clomid 100mg + Nolvadex 40mg Following 10 days Clomid 50mg + Nolvadex 20mg When should I start using my pct? and i have also hcg and mesterolone

Hey guys I need advice in regards to PCT, I am on a test e cycle at 250mg twice a week for 12 weeks. What would be suitable PCT??

pct: 1,000 IUs HCG 3x/wk (mon/wed/fri) in combination with 20 mgs Nolvadex ED and 50 mgs Clomid ED for the first 3 weeks. After, discontinue HCG and continue with 20 mgs Nolvadex ED and 50 mgs Clomid ED for an additional 3 weeks

i am gonna run(5'4'' 225lbs 12%bf) deca 200mg/w sus 500mg/w for 8 week now im in the frest week i need PCT advice & any suggestions Please any help is greatly appreciated.
