Recently I went to a doctor and had an MRI done on my lower back. IT appears that i have 2 bulging and 1 damaged discs in my lower back. I am supposed to strengthen the lower back with excercises. I have been working out for 7 years and am in great shape. I have also done a few cycles here...

hahaha.. i tried to tell him this is a dumb idea.. i just needed some other bros to tell him.. i had the surgery and im all good again.. but my insurance paid all $3500.00 of it.. so.. i guess its a little different for me

My buddy has very very very slight gyno, in his left nip. i told him to get it removed however his insurance will not cover his surgery the way my insurance covered mine... so he is trying to figure out a more cost efficient solution. now as most of you know when your nips are hard y ou cant...
