For me thats fantastic progress. Im responding well to this stuff, but I'll say that I kicked up the dosages, and cycle 5 on 2 off. Lifted today (first day after 2 off) and the joint pain was back. Not as bad...
Update: Leg day today- strength was up something incredible. I'm doing more weight, more reps, and my joints arent hurting at all. Thus far this stack has been a miracle for my workouts.

I want to be true to what the stack does and eliminate the "placebo" effect of training harder because of the fact that im on something extra, but I'll say that yesterday and today both brought extra sets, extra pounds, and significantly less join pain (from holding bars between fingers, etc)

thanks. had good focus on the workout today, but the placebo effect is always there. Did some ab work, cardio hiit for 25, felt great the whole time. Took last dose of s4 a little while ago - stuff tastes putrid. Considering upping the s4 to 100mg, 4 doses of 25 thru the day.
