Thanks for the help!! Looks like I will be stocking up on Creatine for my next cycle.

What is the best way to take creatine? I have heard so many different things! Is it necessary to load? Also-What about taking creatine while on a cycle? I am using 500 mg of Sust per week right now. Would there be any benefit to creatine while on this cycle? Any advice would be appreciated!!

Doesn't anyone have any help to offer about my Omna's. According to some of the other posts I have read they seem OK but I was hoping to get some other input. The different color oil between batches seems strange!! Looking forward to hearing from some of you with Omna experience!
