I'm kind of doing the same thing, but I do 100, 130-140, and close to 200 for my high carb days. I kind of feel like that day is also my cheat day b/c that many carbs is OH SO YUMMY. LOL! I don't really seem to be holding H20 after the 200 days, but I also make sure I drink 2 GALLONS...
