    I'm pretty wuss, especially with my grip (it fails deadlifting 315 lbs after a couple reps), but I got the #1, and have been doing ok. I can't make the ends touch like "they" say it's supposed to, but get them parallel for 5-6 reps, I think that's the gist of it.
