I basically just watch my macros. About 200g of protein 175-200g of carbs and about 100g of fat is what I aim for. I slipped up for about a month or two which happens every other month or so and I just maintain my current body fat. I hate the cardio but I can make it work. I don't have set meals...

Please don't be too critical. I want to run an 8 week cycle of tren a and test prop. I'm 26 and have been training for about 5-6 years. I'm 5'11 240 and probably about 20% bf. Hate doing cardio but am starting to incorporate it in my routine again. Any advice on the cycle and pct? Thank you
