    I recall reading in an earlier thread how r-ala is "working within 10 minutes". Does this mean that food takes 10 mins from ingestion to start breaking down? I don't want to be taking my r-ala straight before my food only to find the first 5-10 mins it isn't doing anything.

    I suppose then, that the best way to optimise your r-ala dosage per meal is to make a mental note of when your urine starts smelling. I've been using 300-400mg per meal and my urine is the same. I'll up it from now on.
