    Thanks for all the wonderful replies. :) Though as it turns out, my bf is LEAVING for 2 weeks. So it'll have to wait a lot longer then I expected. Oh well. I guess this gives me longer to practice, pick out an outfit and music and such. I'm actually really excited to strip for him now. :angel:

    back exercises?

    Anyone know any good back exercises? I don't have acsess to any machines, so I'd need some that use dumbells, an EZ bar, or your own body weight. Thanks. :)

    Running Problems

    It's most likely from stretching cold muscles. One lap of walking isn't enough to get your leg muscles properly warmed up. And from what I've read and experienced, it's best not to stretch before you run. Warm up, run, and then stretch. That way your muscles are fully warm. Less likely to...
