    i have a very clean diet and i still think that my mid-section (hips) r my probelm area - not fat - but i dont have visible abs. I only got that when I weighed 48kg - waaaaaaay to underweight

    Soy is interesting and has been debated.. I take thyroid medicine soo . I make sure i drink or eat the product 4 hours before and after.. i have read that it impacts the medication.. also .. I have ezcema .. and dairy seems to create flair ups .. do u think dairy may also cause flair up if...

    i used to cut out dairy...but went for a bone density scan, which showed i was way below normal range..so ive been including back into my diet and find that its makes you feel full and satisfied. I eat low fat cottage cheese everyday - its the best. In terms of yogurt...go for sheep/goats milk...

    just wondering..i know muscle weighs more than fat - but how long does it take to put it on - and when does it affect your weight on the scales? i dont weigh myself every day but a couple days ago i was 1 kg lighter...could it be muscle or just salt etc from diet?

    how can u think of lifting wihtout food?? cardio is one thing, but you really need all the energy u can get before weights...have a shake if u dont have much time

    ye i know all that about starvation mode..but i dont think this is atkins. I am addicted to fitday..so i know roughly my cals are around 1200, carbs 20%, with fat and protein being around 40%. is it possible to firm up with pilates and low carb?

    morning cardio question

    i add a little splash of soy milk in my precardio coffee - a tiny bit is just a few cals and has fat/carbs/protein...so not such a bad choice when u need something light before a workout
