I think you got some bunk gear. You are lifting harder because your think your on some good shit and getting stronger naturally and mentally. If your on sust. and deca your muscles grow not your waist. The weight loss was due to dehydration while you were sick. Just my thoughts.

Windsprints are awesome. Whenever I do windsprints my legs and stomach get ripped up in like 3 0r 4 weeks. It doesnt take a genius to figure this out. Just watch the 100m in the olympics.
I personally would not have taken the clen and/or t3 until the end of my cycle especially while on deca and test. The majority of your weight would be water but that helps muscle growth. Kinda like the whole creatine theory. I would have started lower doses on deca and test and probably would...
for best gains off deca you should:
body weight x 2mg= dosage
ex. 150lbs. x 2mg= 300mg deca week
You probably should of started lower mgs on the test as well.
