I would say that if you have never been in a bench shirt before start with the basic Inzer blast shirt and get used to it, then work your way up to different levels of advanced shirts. Shirts are quite different from raw. Hope this helps

Purchased my wife a RageX and first workout in it she did an easy 320. I think Inzer hit on a good one this time. Thanks
