I actually love boiled chicken. I eat it every day for lunch and sometimes for dinner. If you boil it for thirty minutes you should be fine, even if it's overcooked it still tastes like chicken :)
Hello ladies. I also always wonder why women work out with foundation, blush, lipstick, etc. I can understand not removing makeup if you are wearing a very small amount, but some women have it caked on. I have to remove any makeup before I workout, otherwise I feel gross.
I tend to be up by about 3 lbs and can definitly feel it, but it thankfully goes down the following week! I actually find a couple days before I am craving everything under the sun, the week of is not so bad.

If you do chose to use it be be wary of your dosage. I can not remember how much I took when I tried it out, but it made me incredibly bloated! Definitely not the look I was going for!

Carbs are helpful because if you eat the right carbs they will give you energy. Therefore, a possible solution to my problem (spacy and tired) could simply be adding more carbs to my diet. I hope this answers your question!!
I had a very difficult time gaining muscle mass when I was not eating enough carbs. Just as Daisy Girl said, carbs are not bad. They can be your friend as long as you eat the right carbs.
