son-ov-a-bitch! i was just going to make a post pertaining to this.
last weekend when i was out of town i took a X-large jar of PB with me. that's damn near all i eat for 3 days. my girlfriend said "something is wrong with you eating only PB all day."
well i lost 1.5 pounds of fat.
been reading alot about coconut oil/milk and "cut" diets on some other forums.
heard it was supposed too increase your metabolism & help with thyroid problems.
anybody use it? try it?
that sucks a big horse dic. it sounds like typical YMCA bullsh*t.
probably some senior platinum alumni memeber complained.
i only takes one...too fuc it up for eveyone else.
might as well do it on a Smith (for safety reasons)

just got into PL'ing and love the streng th gains. just trying to get stronger and reading what you guys are doing is real inspiring.

i like floorpresses don't know why, maybe because when my floorpress is down, my bench is down.
however i've been trying a MM workout and miss floorpresses is there anyway i can work them in or should i just forget about them?
