I have another question now as well.
What are the advan/disadvan or gain/loss of doing exercises fast or slow?? I haven't nailed down a pattern yet where I see people doing this but some guys will just, for example...
OK, I know this is going to sound really lame but here it goes. What is the purpose of a training belt and what will I gain or prevent from using one?? Not only that, but I notice that people wear them some days and not others. What training days do I use it???
