Wk 1-12 Test Prop 600mg/wk
Wk 1-6 Anavar 70mg/ed
Wk 6-12 Oral Winni 50mg/ed...
Man go fuck yourself. For one you dont know me so dont assume anything. Two, I am clean I am just trying to lose 15lbs in a few weeks and third off all where I live I dont have an option to compete in tested and non tested federations.
This might sound weird but if you are competing do you guys go balls out or do you save some in the tank and somewhat be conservative with your attempts and just try and be 9 for 9. Ex. the meet is a tune up for nationals.
I am entering my off season and looking for a new diet to put on about 10 solid pounds and oviously get stronger. Is there any on the net to go by. Or is 2grms of carbs and 1.5grms of protein per pound of body weight enough to go by. Any suggestions would be a great help.
