What is your training background? My opinion if you have a good base and you're diet is good I'd start with something like
300 mg a week test and 200 decca if you're pretty lean. You should get a good bang out of that.
Have you checked out DHEA and also Pregnenolone. You can buy
them both at Vitaminshoppe or some place like that.
Google them I beleive they help with Adrenal Fatigue
Congrats to all you guys, you earned it. I think the Judges
did a great job in their picks. I really enjoyed the contest

Youll notice your strength will go way up for one thing. In my
personal opinion i would say 2-3 weeks and gains would relative to your diet and training imo
