    i use smuckers natural peanut butter...as far as the cottage cheese, cant do it. I have tried about 5 times to eat it, but it makes me sick! i think its the texture. Ive tried adding everything into it.

    I started taking 1 a day multivitamins this week. Should i still take my 500mg caps of Vitamin C? or would it be too much? my multi has 120mg of VitaminC.

    I actually used the george foreman grill for the first time today...made chicken breasts. Anyone notice when cookin the chicken breasts that there is a brown sticky liquid on the grill after they are done cooking? Im assuming its just the chicken juice.     Thanks for all the info guys....Next week i will go ahead and try the REAL squats without the smith machine. The weight i used on the smith machine will seem much heavier on a freeweight barbel right?

    is using the smith machine really that bad for doing squats? I feel safer do it with the smith rather than free weights. Theres no risk of me losing my balance and falling forwards/backwards.

    i actually just started keeping one a little over a month ago. I usually wait till i get home and write down everything. Its good cause i can see the progress that ive made and only takes a few mins. I do mine in ms excel to make it look nice haha.
