    I am using monocycline (acne) so I am getting some blood work done in a couple weeks. I am curious as to whether or not the blood tests will pick up weed? I haven't smoked it in a couple weeks, and the tests are a couple weeks away, and I drink at least a gallon of water daily.

    you don't have to be 100% balls to the wall every single workout. try some hacks/leg presses for a couple weeks. by the time you've been at that for a couple weeks you'll be wanting to squat again. don't be afraid to back off a bit when you're burnt out.

    just curious... if you don't know where are you at in proportion to bw? i'm 14 and i'm doing 2x BW deadlift, bit more than 1.5x squat, and about BW+30lbs bench. are any of these lifts particularily weak, or do they seem about right?
